Evotec integrates low current, ICT, security, audio-visual and specialised systems into coordinated solutions for complex projects across Saudi Arabia.
Evotec is a Saudi-based Low Current and ICT systems integrator and project delivery company serving clients across the Kingdom. We deliver coordinated technology infrastructure across seven capability domains: physical infrastructure; network infrastructure; servers and central computing; physical security and safety; audio-visual systems; IoT and IIoT systems; and specialised systems.
Built around a multidisciplinary team with practical experience in technology infrastructure and project delivery, Evotec supports the implementation lifecycle from scope review and technical solution development to sourcing, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, handover and lifecycle support. Our focus is disciplined execution, technical compliance, clear accountability and systems that remain supportable after handover.
We operate as one accountable delivery partner, combining technical discipline, responsive project coordination and reliable execution across complex technology and infrastructure projects.
Each capability domain is delivered with the same depth of engineering, documentation and testing. None is an add-on to another; together they form the technology infrastructure of a facility.

Seven systems in one building
Cabling, networks, computing, security, audio-visual, sensing and building systems share pathways, rooms, power and platforms. Coordinating them as one package is what keeps interfaces from becoming conflicts on site.
01Physical Infrastructure
Risers, cable pathways, structured cabling, racks and protected power run through every floor and terminate in the communications rooms.
Every other system depends on it: networks ride the cabling, computing sits in its racks, and security, AV and IoT end-points draw protected power from it.
Physical Infrastructure02Network Infrastructure
Core and floor switching, the campus backbone, and wireless access points carry traffic between floors, rooms and the outside world.
Connects users to central computing, carries a dedicated security LAN, and gives AV, IoT and building platforms a path to their controllers.
Network Infrastructure03Servers & Central Computing
Servers, storage and virtualisation sit in the protected computer room at plant level, alongside backup and recovery platforms.
Hosts the management platforms other disciplines rely on, from video management to building management and content control.
Servers & Central Computing04Physical Security & Safety Systems
Fire detection, video surveillance, access control readers and entry control are placed at entrances, circulation routes, the perimeter and critical rooms.
Runs over the security network, records to central platforms, and shares public address and control-room displays with audio-visual systems.
Physical Security & Safety Systems05Audio-Visual Systems
Meeting-room AV, the atrium display, digital signage, background music and public address serve people moving through and working in the building.
Uses the network for IPTV, signage and collaboration, and supports security operations with paging and control-room displays.
Audio-Visual Systems06IoT & IIoT Systems
Environmental, occupancy and equipment sensors on each floor and the roof report into building and edge platforms.
Feeds data to building management and central platforms over the network, and can raise events into security and operations workflows.
IoT & IIoT Systems07Specialised Systems
Building management, control panels and specialised plant systems sit at plant level and in the control room.
Brings readings from sensors, power and mechanical systems together, hosted on central computing and reached over the network.
Specialised SystemsThe environments Evotec's capabilities are built for, from connected districts and major venues to industrial sites and data centres.
Application areas, not completed projects
From validating the contract scope to warranty support, each stage produces defined outputs and moves forward only when the preceding reviews and approvals are complete.
At Evotec, quality is planned into every stage of project delivery, not inspected only at completion. Our approach is based on compliance, prevention, verification, traceability and continuous improvement.
Clear Governance & Accountability
A designated project manager acts as the primary point of responsibility, supported by defined technical roles.
Stage-Gate Control
Major activities proceed only after the applicable technical reviews, approvals, readiness checks and preceding deliverables have been completed.
Interface & Stakeholder Coordination
Technical and site interfaces are actively coordinated with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and other disciplines to reduce conflicts and rework.
Technical & Document Control
The latest approved specifications, drawings, submittals, method statements and records are controlled and made available to the project team.
Requirements & Compliance
Specifications, BOQs, drawings, interfaces, applicable standards and acceptance criteria are reviewed and clarified before execution.
Approved Materials & Documentation
Materials and equipment are checked against approved submittals, and work proceeds using the latest approved technical documents.
Inspection & Testing
Materials, installations and completed systems are inspected and tested at defined stages, with results documented and outstanding items tracked to closure.
Documented Handover & Improvement
Quality records, test results, as-built drawings, O&M manuals and warranties are compiled for handover, while lessons learned inform future delivery.
Leadership & Accountability
HSE responsibilities are defined at project and site levels, with management oversight and clear escalation channels.
Hazard Identification & Risk Control
Task risks are assessed before work begins, and controls are incorporated into method statements, work permits and activity planning where applicable.
Competence & Awareness
Personnel receive the inductions, briefings, toolbox talks and task instructions relevant to their responsibilities and work environment.
Safe Site Execution
Site activities are supervised with attention to access control, housekeeping, PPE, tools, lifting, work at height, electrical safety and other project-specific hazards.
Approvals run through the applicable process: material submittals, shop drawings, method statements and compliance documents are prepared and tracked, and completion is verified through documented inspections, test results, commissioning records and an indexed handover package.
